Complete Soap Production Process

1. Raw Material Pretreatment
Oil melting, filtering, and caustic soda solution preparation.
2. Saponification
Oil reacts with lye to produce neat soap and glycerin.
3. Salting Out & Washing
Salt is added to separate soap and glycerin; then washed to remove impurities.
4. Drying
Vacuum drying to get qualified soap base or soap noodles.
5. Mixing & Blending
Adding fragrance, color, preservatives and other additives.
6. Milling & Extruding
Triple/five-roller milling for fine texture; vacuum plodding for smooth soap bar.
7. Cutting & Stamping
Cutting into weight-controlled pieces; stamping with patterns and logos.
8. Cooling & Drying
Stabilizing soap hardness and shape.
9. Packaging
Automatic packing and cartoning.
